ImportantFeatures: Self contained on-board generator system adequate to handle full electrical demand.
Environmental control.
Integrated work areas and supply storage spaces.

Operating Considerations: Interoperable voice and data connectivity.
Satellite voice and internet capability.
Configured to support copy, fax, print, plotter operations.
Consider work areas for dispatch, resource status, situation status, planning operations, Mapping/GIS and weather.
Also consider ports and panels to hardwire phone/data, internet and electrical to existing facilities.
Consider use of run-flat tires if indicated by mission requirements.
Carefully evaluate warranty and life-cycle maintenance costs.
Consider usage frequency - if not used regularly, vehicle should be exercised at least quarterly to ensure reliable operation.

Training Requirements: Core Training: Manufacturer's Recommendations and any special driver's licencing requirements.
Initial Training: Extensive (>2 days)
