Description: Equipment and supply types used to search for, capture, restrain and bring to safety large animals, including livestock, horses, zoo animals and wildlife.

ImportantFeatures: Examples include, but are not limited to: Animal Extrication, Animal Feeding and Supplies, Animal First Aid, Animal Handler Protection, Animal Handling and Restraint, Animal Housing, Animal Identification, Animal Movement and Sorting Equipment, Communications, Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection, Tools and Supplies, Training Supplies and Equipment.

Operating Considerations: Compatible with existing animal capture and restraint methods, which should be researched prior to purchase of such equipment.

Training Requirements: NIMS-credentialed Animal Emergency Responder
Initial Training: Moderate (1-2 days)
Sustainment Training: Minimal (<1 day)
