Description:
Training systems that allow response personnel to safely engage one another in realistic training scenarios such as active shooter simulations. Systems include realistic delivery devices mirroring a department/agency issue or conversion kits for department-issued weapons; marking cartridges that are delivered at low velocity for safe use with minimal personal protective equipment; and protective gear necessary for training sessions (e.g., eye protection).
ImportantFeatures:
Marking cartridges are projected by the delivery systems. The marking cartridges are loaded as you would load your department/agency issue. With the delivery system mirroring the duty carry, personnel should be intimately familiar with the operating systems. Though delivery systems will mirror the duty carry and its operating system the only projectile the delivery system can use (project) are the marking cartridges, thus ensuring the safety of the trainees.
Operating Considerations:
- Delivery systems must mirror duty carry for individuals/departments.
- Training Marking Cartridges must come in an assortment of colors.
-
PPE
Personal Protective Equipment

Systems.
- Eye protection - should be fully enclosed goggles, or a full-face shield.

- Groin Protection
Safety considerations - Maintain firearm safety protocols at all times. Each scenario should provide for a weapons check by two different sources to ensure that weapons are configured for non-lethal rounds.
Storage considerations - Store in accordance with authority having jurdstiction.
