Description: Patrol watercraft with surveillance and light interdiction capability.

ImportantFeatures: Hard points for mounting weapons. Consider water monitor 500 GPM for less-lethal method of turning small vessels, persuading swimmers to move, fire mitigation etc.

Operating Considerations: Carefully review planned mission profiles, including expected weather and water conditions, to address key capabilities such as speed, range, load capacity, towing capability, draft, propulsion type(s), and ability to carry specialized tools and equipment.

In addition to boat performance and capabilities, consider ground transport, storage, fuel, warranty and maintenance.


Training Requirements: Core Training: U.S. Coast Guard, or equivalent, basic boater safety training course, State operator licensing and vessel specific operations training.
Initial Training: Extensive (> 2 days)
Sustainment Training: Moderate (1-2 days)
