Operating Considerations: Consider power and mounting requirements.
Consider range, definition, and suitability for operating environment (including resistance to corrosion in salt water environments).
Consider use of Doppler systems where relative movement is important or where environment produces excessive static return.

Training Requirements: Core Training: Manufacturer's Recommendations, Coast Guard Certification.
Initial Training: Extensive (> 2 days)
Sustainment Training: Moderate (1-2 days)
