Description:
Laboratory-grade chemical detector using Raman spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), or a combination of multiple types in a single device chassis.
DIQCode: [I,Q]
ImportantFeatures:
Identifies solids, liquids, gases. Like their portable FTIR and Raman counterparts, these devices may also have explosive detection capability when equipped with appropriate spectra libraries.
Raman device may include Fourier Transform capability.
In combination devices, Raman and FTIR are used in parallel.
Operating Considerations:
Consider cost/time of acquiring appropriate reference spectra.
Greater accuracy than [07CD-01-DPRS] and [07CD-01-FTIR].
