Description: Tools to facilitate the administration of mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

ImportantFeatures: Ensures that devices are configured to a consistent standard.
Helps enforce software / application installation and usage based on organizational policies.
May monitor location and usage statistics.
Helps facilitate timely updates to OS and applications.
Some systems may offer remote wipe/remote locking.

Operating Considerations: Initial installation will likely require the installation of clients on all managed devices.
Some solutions may be vendor specific (i.e.: Apple only).
Feature sets may vary considerably between products. Carefully review potential products with respect to types of devices to be managed and conditions under which they will be deployed (mission requirements).

Initial Training: Moderate (1-2 days)
Sustainment Training: Minimal (<1 day)
